Online voting for the annual board of director elections is OPEN! Remember that this is just one option for voting this year, and you still have the option for traditional on-site voting at the Annual Meeting.

Please note that only members with an active SmartHub account will be emailed online voting instructions today. Also, members who have updated their SmartHub email address after July 1, 2019 will not get their voting information and access until next week. If you wish to participate in online voting this year, please sign up for a SmartHub account as soon as possible.

Members with a SmartHub account are able to vote through the web-browser version of SmarHub (not through the SmartHub mobile app). Members with an active Smarthub account will also receive an email with voting instructions. This method can be utilized with both desktop computers and mobile devices. Please note that this email will come from noreply@directvote.net. The online voting system closes on Friday, August 9.

In addition to online voting, members can also request a mail-in ballot this year. The number to call to request a mail-in ballot is (952) 974-2339. When you call, you will need to provide your name, address, and account number. The last day to request ballots in August 2, 2019.
