As a landlord, you can arrange to have the electric account for your rental property automatically put in your name when your tenant requests service to be taken out of their name.

The agreement does not prevent the service from being disconnected if the tenant fails to pay a bill. We do not include delinquent accounts in this agreement due to confidentiality.

To participate in this program, simply print and complete the Landlord Transfer Agreement and mail it to our office:
