We don’t call it SmartHub for nothing! You can electronically pay your bill, report an outage, and much more straight from your smart phone! If you aren’t utilizing SmartHub, here are the features you’re missing out on!

Billing and Payments

SmartHub provides an easy way to pay your bill and be able to look back on past bills and payment history. Plus, you have the option of signing up for Auto Pay! You can set up your account to automatically pay your bill using a card or checking account.

Track Your Usage

You can compare your usage and costs to weather patterns on an hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly basis!

Report an Outage

You can easily report an outage through SmartHub. Your account number is already associated with your name and address, so reporting an outage at your location is quick and easy!

Receive Notifications

You can receive messages regarding your bill, as well as alerts to inform you about what is going on at MEC.

Two Ways to Access

You can access SmartHub both on your smart phone, as well as on a computer with access to the internet. You can download the SmartHub app in the app store on your iPhone and play store on your Anderoid.
