• Less worry about expensive repairs, major inconveniences and disruptions caused by damage to appliances and equipment you depend on every day.

Important information regarding all surge protection devices:

• Outlets must be properly grounded for surge protection to work and for warranty to be valid.
• Green lights on front of unit must be lit to confirm proper wiring and functionablity of surge circutes.
• If lights do not come on when first plugged in, or go out after use, or if no power is present in outlets of the unit, return to cooperative for replacment.
• If connected equipment is damaged by surges, 1-800-622-9904 for claim information. Return damaged surge protector to the cooperative for replacement of unit. If the claim involves the meter base or panel unit a Macon Electric representative will replace the suspected unit.
• No warrenty claims will be paid unless failure of the surge protector can be confirmed by the manufacturer.
