PAYMENT DATES
The monthly billing cycle shall be determined by the cooperative. Bills are subject to a 10% penalty with a $5.00 per account maximum if not paid by the 15th day of the billing period. Any member's account that has not been paid by the 20th day of the billing period shall be considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts remaining unpaid may result in disconnection of electric service.
