OUTAGE CALLS

Outage Calls will be accepted 24 hours a day. If lines are busy, remember, other consumers are out of service too, and crews are already working to restore service as quickly as possible.When you experience an outage, first check your fuses and circuit breakers to be sure the trouble is not in your own electrical system.Check with several of your neighbors to see if they have electricity. Service will be restored sooner if the serviceman has some idea of the extent of the outage.When report the outage, please have the following ready:
  1. Your location number. It tells us directions to your meter.
  2. The approximate time of your outage.
  3. Report if neighbors are out of power also.
