CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY

For any checks that are returned by the bank due to no funds, insufficient funds, account closed, no account, etc., a $15.00 service charge will be added to the consumer account. In the event that two checks are returned in a 12-month period because of no funds, insufficient funds, etc., the Cooperative will no longer accept personal checks during the following 12-month period.
